travelling :) !

Today i'm going to talk about why i like travelling and in what means of transport i like travelling.

well since i born,  i traveling over Chile and another places, i've always like know diferents part of the world, a diferent culture,  language, architercture even a diferent history because i think that know diferents places make us an educated person, but of course it depend of the money.  But, if you don't have the chance to traveling maybe you can read about a place to like and also you can save money for the travelling of your dream.

In my case, i like travelling by airplane because i love the sensation when it takes off and when it lands and also because for me,  it's the most safe mean of transport and it the most comfortable and funny way to travel. I have to say that i would love that  travelling by plane will last more because i think that when i was there i feel in my happy place.

I know many place in chile and also i know Peru and Bolivia. In the case of the last countries that i mention,  their changed my perfective about that countries because as the chilean one have prejudice and  racism against those countries. But those people is very polite and confortable with us, so we have to be more polite with them and respect their culture.

To finish,  i tell you that the places that i want to know is Cairo in Egypt, Nice in France and Rome in Italy. And for that, i save money all days for make my dream come true.

A street of Arequipa !

The photo that i chosen is one that i took in the last summer, when my family and i went to and excited tour for the north of Chile and the South of Peru. The cities than i visited were Arica, the 15th region of Chile ,Tacna, arequipa and cusco in Peru including Machu picchu.

That photo is taken in a street of  Arequipa or Ciudad blanca, a city with a lovely colonial architecture in where stood the viceroyalty of Peru. 

I like take pictures in any place i go, because i love how an image can reflect everything about a place like the architecture, history, even the economic situation. In the case of this photo, i took it  with perspective,  because it creates a better effect and gives depth to the landscape and i chose that place because it represent colonian architecture, reflects how people lived in the Viceroyalty of Peru  and the influence of Spain in all that country until the actuality.

Running

I choose this topic because i love sports. I always do execersices, like pilates, spinning, abs, and also cardiovascular fitness like running. In this moment i'll write about the last one, that is a cardiovascular fitness than you can practise  in the open air. For doing this sport, you have to have a good shoes for running, specially with buffers for protec your ankles. Also you must use special clothes, for a better discharge, like short and t-shirt  with dry-fit . For practise this sport, you mustn't have special abilities, because all people can practise it. 

The benefit that people have when do this sport, are amazing, because it increase their lung capacity, they have less chance for doing a cardiopulmonary arrest. Also it help to increase you motivation, humor, and other things, because when you practise running, you feel free, you feel without any worries, that means than you feel relaxing, and is for that reason than experts it recomended  for people that having stress.

I recommend this sport for all the benefit that it cause and also than  you  can feel well with yourself.
