Running



I choose this topic because i love sports. I always do execersices, like pilates, spinning, abs, and also cardiovascular fitness like running. In this moment i'll write about the last one, that is a cardiovascular fitness than you can practise  in the open air. For doing this sport, you have to have a good shoes for running, specially with buffers for protec your ankles. Also you must use special clothes, for a better discharge, like short and t-shirt  with dry-fit . For practise this sport, you mustn't have special abilities, because all people can practise it. 

The benefit that people have when do this sport, are amazing, because it increase their lung capacity, they have less chance for doing a cardiopulmonary arrest. Also it help to increase you motivation, humor, and other things, because when you practise running, you feel free, you feel without any worries, that means than you feel relaxing, and is for that reason than experts it recomended  for people that having stress.

I recommend this sport for all the benefit that it cause and also than  you  can feel well with yourself.

  2. I love running too! I understand you when you talk about feel free and relaxing. The best of running is that you can go to natural places like a park or a beach and that makes the running more exciting!

  3. cony .. I like running but here in santiago I think is boring because I was use to run in yhe beach :)
